Disc Horns

A spinning disc is used in disc horns to provide a loud, recognisable sound. They are frequently employed in a variety of settings, including cars, boats, and trains, as an alternative to conventional electric horns.

A disc, a motor, and a horn shell are the components of a disc horn. The motor spins the disc when the horn button is depressed, producing a high-pitched whirring sound that is amplified by the horn housing.

Disk horns have a number of advantages over conventional electric horns, including the fact that they are louder and have a more captivating sound. Due to the fact that they do not rely on electrical components, they are also more durable and are less prone to malfunction in extremely hot or cold weather.
