Collection Times
Contact Free Service (CFS)
The Tools.com Contact Free Service (CFS) allows local customers to select "Click & Collect" at check out and have their items processed and ready for collection within 30 minutes (Subject to stock availability).
How it Works:
- You will receive notification via phone call within 30 minutes of purchase if your items are not available
- You will receive notification via phone call after 30 minutes that your order is ready for collection
- To collect your items, your order confirmation and photo ID are required
- We ask for you to please not arrive at the store for collection until after you have received notification that it is ready
- Arrive at your selected store & park at the nominated Click & Collect area
- Call the selected store & let them know you have arrived to collect your order
- A team member will be out right away with your goods
Terms & Conditions:
- You are required to present your email address and phone number to place your order
- The person addressed on the order will only be allowed to collect
- Orders must be collected from the nominated Tools.com Store within 30 days of order collection availability. If your order is not collected within this timeframe, the selected store has the right to allocate those goods to another customer and, where necessary re-order products for you
- Click & Collect is only available at the Maroochydore and Caloundra stores
Stock Availability
We are working relentlessly to maintain our stock levels at an all-time high. This ensures our customers can get the products they need as quickly as possible. We endeavour to keep a close watch on high demand items and will continue to supply these products for as long as we possibly can, in order to minimise disruption to our valued customers.
If we do not have a certain item in stock, you will be contacted immediately and we will order the product from the supplier. We will maintain contact with you throughout the whole ordering process and will give you a call when your product has arrived in-store and is ready to be picked up.
Health & Safety in Our Stores
The safety and well-being of our customers is our number one priority. Due to recent regulations surrounding healthy and safety demands, we have implemented measures in-store to ensure our standards are maintained.
Strict Health and Hygiene Regimes:
Our staff have been trained to abide by the highest standards of cleaning, more so now more than ever. They are equipped with disinfectant and are sanitising shop surfaces persistently. We have hand sanitiser and wipes readily available for the use of both our staff and valued customers.
Social Distancing:
Marks are shown on the ground in our stores to ensure that a 1.5m distance is maintained between our customers and team members throughout the sale process. We are also closely monitoring the number of customers in-store at any one time to ensure we are abiding by shopper limits and the current 4 square metre rule.

The introduction of Click & Collect at our Maroochydore and Caloundra stores allows customers to order tools online and collect them within 30 minutes - CONTACT FREE! We understand if you would prefer to stay in your vehicle and with this service, we are eliminating any contact as well as any health and safety concerns you may have during these difficult times.
