2. The free theft protection offer is only valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase. After this period, customers will be given the opportunity to extend the service at a fee.

3. The free theft protection offer is only applicable to qualifying theft incidents that occurred within the six (6) months of coverage, and only covers the retail value of the tool or equipment stolen from a locked premise.

4. Customers must provide proof of purchase and a valid police report to qualify for the free theft protection offer.

5. The free theft protection offer is subject to a deductible of 10% of the retail value of the stolen tool or equipment or $150, whichever is lower.

6. Tools.com reserves the right to refuse the free theft protection offer if the customer fails to comply with the terms and conditions stated herein.

7. Tools.com may modify, cancel, or revoke the free theft protection offer at any time without prior notice.
