Freight Charges – Australia Wide
Delivery is provided by Australia Post, StarTrack and Aramax , Fastway. All deliveries can be tracked at all times via their online tracking systems.
Our systems are being upgraded shortly to allow you to see live tracking of many shipments and you should receive a tracking number from us.
A quote may be required for orders that exceed 20KG, have excessive dimensions, are being delivered to rural areas or have been listed with incorrect weights/dimensions. Christmas Island and Norfolk Island are not eligable for free shipping.
Some restrictions exist on shipping outside Australia.
Freight Charges – New Zealand
Shipping goods to New Zealand takes extra time.
A quote may be required for orders that exceed 9KG, have excessive dimensions, are being delivered to rural areas or have been listed with incorrect weights/dimensions. New Zealand orders are not eligible for free shipping.
Expected time of delivery is typically 2-7 working days depending on your location. Please keep in mind that if there is a back-order, if you are located rurally or within New Zealand this may cause an extended delay.
Covid-19, Xmas and Lockdowns all affect shipping as does Australia Post and other carriers various delays, shutdowns and strike action. We will do our utmost to get the items to you.
We aim to do same or next day dispatch for all in-stock items that are purchased from Monday to Friday. Unfortunately it is impossible for us carry all stock items 100% of the time. If an item is ordered that is out of stock we will ensure they are priority goods and will be dispatched as soon as possible.

We have an ever increasing range of items shipping directly from our manufacturing partners and this is enhancing our deliveries we will provide information when this is the case.
In the event of a stock item being ordered whilst out of stock the customer will be notified immediately by phone or email.
Express Post is offered within Australia, please call us for a quote.
We offer insurance on all orders to cover you in the unlikely event that your delivery gets damaged or goes missing during transit. Any freight that is damaged in transit or arrives damaged must be reported to Tools.com within 24 hours of taking delivery. Claims made outside of 24 hours may be rejected by the carrier.
It is the responsibility of the receiver to inspect parcels before signing for them, if a damaged parcel is signed for insurance may be void. Please sign STC (subject to checking) if packaging has been damaged to ensure appropriate claims can be made.
- Courier deliveries will only be made to fixed addresses.
- Goods that are left at unattended premises are the responsibility of the receiver.
- Please ensure we are aware of any special delivery requirements.
We cannot leave powertools on door steps, thus if you are not at home, or require a second delivery we cannot guarantee that the second delivery will be free. This is controlled by the freight companies.
