Do you ship outside of Australia
Yes, we also ship to New Zealand.

How much is delivery?
Delivery under $99 depends on the weight and dimensions of the product you’re purchasing. Anything over $99 is eligible for free freight (subject to being overweight).

Do you offer Click & Collect?
Yes, we do! Just shop online and add the products you want to purchase to your cart. Fill in the check out with your details and when you get to the shipping options, you will be able to select Click & Collect! Be aware, you will need to fill in the details with an address located on the Sunshine Coast otherwise it won’t offer Click & Collect as an option.

Where are your stores located?
We have 2 stores on the Sunshine coast – 15 Caloundra Rd, Caloundra and 125 Sugar Rd, Maroochydore.

Do you offer refunds?
If you receive an item damaged, we will offer a full refund. If you have a change of mind, we can accept the product back however it may incur a re-stocking fee if it was specially ordered in. See our “Returns Policy” for more information.

What happens if I order an item that is out of stock?
If the product you purchase online is out of stock, you will receive an email update within 24hours of your order to let you know. We will also update you along the way in the case your product has been delayed. If you are after a product urgently, please give us a call on 1300 334 894 and we will check stock availability and can get it out to you as soon as possible!

Do you offer Express Post?
Yes, we do! Please give us a call on 1300 334 894 and we can quote the price for you and organise the item to leave that day.

How do I use my Gift Voucher online?
After you have added your items to the checkout, follow the prompts and you will have the option to enter a Gift Voucher code, which will automatically be taken off your total order amount.

How do I amend an online order?
Please contact us immediately on 1300 334 894 so that one of the customer service representatives can fix it up for you!

How do I track my order?
When your order is shipped off, you will receive an email from the freight company with your tracking. Pop this number into their website to bring up your tracking details or follow the links provided in the email.

What if I don’t receive my order confirmation email?
We always send an order confirmation email; however, it does occasionally get caught up in your spam folder. If you still can’t find it and want to check your order got through to us, contact us via phone or email and we will confirm it for you!

I ordered something online, can I return it in-store?
Yes, you can if you’re close by! Just make sure you have a copy of your tax invoice with you.
