Shipping Status Updates May June 2024

We appreciate your understanding as our customer service team is currently addressing a backlog resulting from the overwhelming demand we are experiencing. Rest assured, we are committed to attending to each inquiry, with priority given to emails during the holiday period, as it enables us to track and manage every interaction efficiently.

Some things that you can do are;

When you created your order we created an account screen for you. Simply use your email address to log in to your account.

You will be prompted to create a password if you haven't already. Once logged in your purchase invoice will be available which also shows the current delivery window of your order when you placed it. This varies by brand and type of product due to size, location of stock and demand for that line.

May / June Tax Time  Delivery Dates

Please be aware that we expect peak season this year to be massive, and it is the busiest time of the year for the tool industry.

While every effort is made to ship orders promptly, some partner shippers are already having some slight delays.

Please refer to your invoice's expected delivery window or the brand shipping windows below and allow up to 21 days worst case for orders. We are actively pursuing each order to fulfill it, and refunds for orders in transit can only be processed upon their return.

Toolfleet Finance Product 

Upon your credit approval, normal delivery frames apply from that point forward. i.e. If your toolfleet order is on a brand listed above then that shipping window will apply from the date of the approved contract.

Our finance team may experience slight delays, but with your bank statements ready, we will expedite approvals as efficiently as possible.
